The day before Daniel Adrin was born. I felt a small contraction in the morning. I thought it was just a stomach ache. 1st time mother la katakan. So I decided to take a nap.

Around 4.30 p.m.
I woke up from nap. I went to the toilet and saw blood in the toilet bowl. Guess what? It's time for Daniel Adrin to see the world. So, I quickly tell my husband, and of we go to the hospital.

Around 5.30p.m.
We reached there. Registered, check my womb, and baby's heart beats. At that time, my vagina was only 1 cm. It should be 10 cm baru I can push to let the baby come out.

Around 7 p.m.
my 'air ketuban' broke. I told the nurse and she bring me to the labour room. However, my vagina was only 1.5 cm. The doctor who in charged of me give me 2 choices; normal birth or C section because I have big baby which is 3.76kg. But then, I told her, I decided to try normal birth.

After 9 hours.
My contraction was getting worst. Yet, my vagina was only 3 cm. My baby's heart beats is abnormal. Earlier on, my baby already poo inside my womb. It was quite dangerous and might cause death. Also, there is no more 'air ketuban' in my womb. Because of that, the doctor said I have to do C section.

31 May 2009, 4.30 a.m.
I was brought to the Operation Room. I was quite nervous since it was my first operation in my whole life. I was given anesthesia or in malay 'ubat bius' in my spine. After few minutes, half of my body from my waist to my toes were numb. Then, the operation begin.

5.01a.m.
Daniel Adrin was born. I was so relieved when I heard his first cry. Alhamdulillah!


Thanks to my hubby who had accompanied me for the past 12 hours standing outside the room waiting for me.
